"Still the Same Oreo I Always Expect"
You kind of know what you’re getting with classic Oreos, and that’s part of the appeal. Same chocolate cookie, same sweet cream filling, same snack I remember grabbing forever ago. Reading between the lines, they’re not trying to be fancy or reinvent anything, just reliably good. I’m giving them 4 stars because every now and then the cookies seem a little dry, but overall they’re still a solid go-to treat.

"Lost That OLD Trust"
I don’t know, it just doesn’t feel the same anymore. I used to really trust them, but lately that old confidence is gone. It’s disappointing because I expected BETTER.

I tried to buy a few packs, but the checkout kept freezing right after I entered my card info. I had to start the whole thing over twice, which felt like such a waste of energy, and it still didn’t go through. Super annoying. I gave up and ordered from somewhere else.

I was kind of disappointed with these. The Oreos tasted weirdly soft, almost like the package had been opened for a while even though it looked sealed. I kept noticing how the cookie part didn’t have that little snap or crumbly crunch it usually has, and even the filling felt a bit off because the whole thing was so stale-tasting. Not terrible, but definitely not what I was expecting from Oreos.

"Easy to Browse on My Phone"
I was on my phone the other day checking out oreo.com because Oreos always remind me of snack time at my grandma’s house. The site worked really well for me. Pages loaded fast, and I could easily find different flavors and recipe ideas without feeling lost. It also looked nice on mobile, and nothing was annoying or hard to tap. It was just a simple, fun site to browse while I was curious about new Oreo stuff.

"Useful ideas, but a bit slow"
I found some useful ideas here, so it was worth checking out. That said, a few pages loaded kinda slowly, which feels like how every website is these days. Not a huge deal, but it did get a little annoying at times.

"Fun Way to Find New Oreo Flavors"
I check oreo often to see what limited flavors are out, and it’s been a fun little habit. Most of the ones I’ve tried have been really good, and even when a flavor is a little strange, it’s still fun to taste something different and see what they come up with next.

"Tasted good, but sorta crushed"
The Oreos tasted fine overall, but the package was sorta crushed on one side when it arrived. A few of the cookies were broken, which wasn’t a huge deal, but it could’ve been packed a little better.

"Usually Easy to Find"
The Oreos I like are pretty much always in stock, so I can just grab them without dealing with any hassle. It’s nice when that kind of thing just works out, you know?

"Arrived beat up"
The box showed up dented, and about half the Oreos were basically crushed into crumbs. The inside of the pack was a mess too, so it kind of seems like it wasn’t handled with much care along the way. Not really what you hope for when ordering snacks online...

"The Filling Is What I Notice Most"
I mostly pay attention to the cream filling whenever I have these, and it’s definitely my favorite part. It tastes fresh, smooth, and not overly sweet, which I really appreciate.

"Still Good, But Not Worth Full Price Anymore"
I still like Oreos and the different flavors are fun to try, but they don’t feel like the same deal they used to be. The packaging makes it seem like you’re getting plenty, but then the pack feels smaller and the price is higher. It’s one of those things where the promise doesn’t really match what you actually get. I’ll grab them if they’re on sale, but I’m not paying full price for them anymore.

I’ve been waiting for days now and still haven’t received any clear update. I was hoping the instructions or next steps would be easier to understand, because I’m not really sure what I’m supposed to do at this point. A bit more communication would really help.

"Way Too Sweet"
The sugar level was just too high for me. I was hoping it would be more balanced, but it ended up being overwhelmingly sweet. I also felt kind of ignored because it didn’t seem like my concern really mattered...

"Not as fresh as I expected"
I was a little disappointed with these Oreos. They tasted kind of soft and stale, not like the fresh crunchy ones I’m used to. it made me wonder about the quality or how long they’d been sitting around. I expected better.

I’m a fan of Oreo, and the site is generally fine to use, but the allergen info is kind of hard to describe... it’s there, but you have to click around a bit to find it. Some products have the details listed, but I really wish things like dairy and nut warnings were clearer and all in one place. It’s not awful by any means, just not as helpful as it could be for people who need to check quickly.

I reached out to oreo with a question about my order, and while they did eventually get back to me, it took a bit longer than I personally expected. I had to wait a couple of days and send a follow-up before getting a response. That said, once they replied, the answer was helpful and cleared things up for me. It wasn’t a bad experience overall, but from my perspective, quicker response times would make the customer service feel a lot better

"The cookies were good, but the shipping was painfully slow"
I ordered some Oreos from oreo.com thinking they’d show up in a few days, and I am absolutely convinced time stopped while I was waiting. The tracking barely moved and there weren’t really any helpful updates, so it just felt like my cookies disappeared into a shipping black hole. When they finally arrived, the Oreos were totally fine, no complaints there. But the wait was annoying enough that I’d probably only order online again if I had literally no other option.

"Still reliable, just a little too sweet"
After dealing with so many snacks that try to sell you on being healthier or different and then end up disappointing, I kind of appreciate that Oreos are just Oreos. I know they’re not the cleanest thing to eat, but the ingredients and taste are consistent, and they pretty much hit the same every time. I’m a little tired of having to overthink every product, so it’s nice to grab something familiar. I do wish they’d cut back on the sugar a bit though
